Villa Velebit is located in the small village of Visočane, in the quiet hinterland of the coastal town of Zadar in Northern Dalmatia. The location is ideal for guests seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle while also appreciating proximity to the sea and numerous excursion destinations.

Various beaches and bathing bays can be reached in a short drive. The sandy beaches of Nin are particularly popular and are especially suitable for families with children. The Karin Sea also offers good opportunities for water sports and relaxing days at the beach. The historic city of Zadar invites you to stroll through its old town, the famous Sea Organ, the "Greeting to the Sun," as well as numerous restaurants and cafés.

The surrounding area offers a variety of excursion options: Visit the national parks Paklenica, Krka Waterfalls or Kornati, the historic town of Nin, the island of Pag, or take a boat tour on the Zrmanja River. For adventure seekers, bungee jumping is offered from the Maslenica Bridge.
