There is heating in every room and it does not need to be activated separately. This runs on electricity (some wall-mounted energy-saving heaters with only 400 W consumption). There is electric underfloor heating in all rooms. It is affordable, but you have to want to treat yourself to it...

Use of the pool (resort opening hours), washing machine, air conditioners, etc. is not subject to additional charges, but simply costs the electricity consumption.

Perfect vacation

'We have already rented several apartments from Mrs. Irrgang. However, this one, the Miramar, is so far the best apartment for us. It is just the right size for two people. The kitchen equipment is very good, the beds meet German standards, and all windows and doors have fly screens. And the highlight is definitely the large, partially covered terrace. Here you have a wonderful view over the holiday complex all the way to Nerja with the sea.' We were able to admire beautiful sunsets. In March, we had better weather in previous years, but we still took some trips. And the place Nerja offers a lot, many shopping opportunities and restaurants. So we are completely satisfied and will come back.

A perfect vacation, pure relaxation!

"This apartment is a great prerequisite for a relaxing vacation. It is bright, very tastefully furnished, with attention to detail! Unlock the door and feel at home. This is the third time we have booked an apartment from Ms. Irrgang, and it won't be the last time. Communication with Ms. Irrgang works well, she responds promptly and is very conscientious. The kitchen is very well equipped, good pots and pans... everything is well-maintained." All kitchen appliances are in good condition. The beds are exactly to our taste, firm but still very comfortable! A true dream is the huge terrace, the view of the sea is gigantic. The terrace furniture is comfortable, thick cushions are provided for the wooden loungers free of charge.

Place of well-being

In June, we spent our first June in Andalusia and created wonderful memories with the vacation rental. The apartment is friendly, bright, modern, clean, and equipped with everything. Of course, the terrace with a view of the sea is particularly nice, furnished with furniture, seat cushions, drying rack, etc. Fly screens are installed everywhere. We appreciated that the beds were made with high-quality lightweight summer bedding and not just simple sheets. There were plenty of towels. Kitchen fully equipped. The location is great, Nerja is a pretty and lively town with many shops, bars, and restaurants of all kinds. Guests in the apartment have access to the beautiful pool area. We would gladly vacation in this apartment and in Nerja again anytime. We were totally satisfied!

'Once again a great vacation!!! The holiday apartment is top equipped, very tastefully cozy furnished, and above all very clean. The terrace is a dream!!! The view over Nerja to the sea is indescribably beautiful. We liked it so much again that we immediately booked for the year 2025. The contact with Mrs. Irrgang is also positively noteworthy!!! Every email is answered as quickly as possible and she responds immediately to the concerns of her guests.' It is a friendly coexistence. Overall, a very successful vacation in a beautiful ambiance.

Dream vacation

"We felt very comfortable in the beautiful modern penthouse apartment Capucchino 60, which is equipped with everything you need. The large terrace with a great sea view is a dream. A dream of a vacation apartment

The apartment was like a home. Very lovingly furnished, super comfortable bed, and the terrace for the evening was a dream. Nothing was missing!!! We have never found such a clean apartment in Spain!!! We went to the sea in Torrox Costa, as it was much quieter there. There are many English people in Nerja. The surroundings are calm, just perfect for a vacation. There is no noise from the garbage collection or from neighbors, parking was always available without searching. The many descriptions from Mrs. Irrgang were very helpful, because the navigation system really can't find the apartment. Thank you that we could enjoy the vacation to the fullest! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! '

great apartment Miramar

The Miramar apartment is a completely and very well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace and a great view over Nerja and the coast far out to sea. We really enjoyed our time here. We both self-catered and tried some of the great restaurant recommendations. The beach is about 1.6 km away - it's quite manageable to walk down the hill. Walking back up the hill is a bit of a challenge, at least at about. 30 degrees. But there is also a bus and of course affordable taxis. We really liked Nerja itself. The landlords gave really good recommendations and were always reachable. So for us as a conclusion - a truly successful vacation, we would love to come back.

Perfect apartment

"We have been in Nerja for the New Year for years. This time we finally had the luck to rent an apartment from the Irrgang family. Everything was just as we expected. It couldn't be better. Beautiful holiday apartment

"We spent two wonderful weeks in this perfect apartment. The previous communication with Ms. Irrgang was extremely pleasant. The apartment definitely delivers what it promises. Unbeatable view from the well-equipped terrace. The good beds with comforters and bed linens to German standards - no dirty wool blankets with sheets as is often common in the south - contributed significantly to our comfort." Above all, we also enjoyed that there are fly screens everywhere. We only sleep with the window open, and it is an invaluable advantage not to wake up with bites in the morning :-). Unfortunately, this simple luxury is still far too rare! The furnishings of the apartment are overall tasteful, and everything you need is available.

We, a couple in our mid-50s, are your directly responsible private landlords. We started renting out holiday properties on the Costa del Sol back in 2001. Since then, we have of course been constantly developing—in everything: furnishings, equipment, style, and number of properties. For a long time now, we have been living and working ourselves in Nerja for most of the year. If there is ever a task to be solved, we can organize it promptly—since we speak Spanish and are well connected. We work with a good maintenance service and the cleaning team of a Belgian agency on site. There you can also book excursions & order additional services. We immediately fell in love with this area back then and quickly inspired other travel enthusiasts as well. This allowed us to win over additional 'shareholders' within the family in Germany for our private holiday rentals, so that we can now offer you a larger selection of private, modern holiday properties.
