The best vacation apartment ever!
"The most beautiful and cleanest vacation apartment we have rented so far. Since we booked directly with the landlord and not through a large portal with commissions, we didn't even pay much for this great accommodation with an amazing sea view. The terrace is large, no one can see in (nudist tan is really good). We were thrilled. Good kitchen equipment, comfortable beds. Everything was perfect." We already knew Nerja and always like to come back, but this accommodation with not so much hustle and bustle as right down in the center but in no time down and at the beach. We really liked it. We will also come here in the height of summer. 2 air conditioners are good and you can park upstairs or downstairs, great.

Super great apartment, great area, great time
"We also join the 5 stars. Usually, you always find something that could be improved in vacation accommodations. Not here! The apartment was excellent, very clean, very tastefully furnished. The contact with Ms. Irrgang was great from the beginning, and the organization worked perfectly. We were already provided with numerous very detailed pieces of information about the vacation in advance." At the beginning, it was almost too much for me to read, but on-site they were a great help since we had little time to plan the stay. We visited great beaches, ate very well, and went on nice excursions. In the evenings, we could comfortably drink a glass of sangria on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view. All in all, really super great and absolutely recommendable.

A PERFECT WELLNESS OASIS !!!
"We opened the door and immediately felt at home. The furnishings are of a high standard, modern, tasteful, and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing was missing! The beds were super comfortable and the wardrobe was large enough and stocked with plenty of wooden hangers!!!" The location of the apartment is perfect, nestled in a well-maintained green area with a great terrace, plenty of space to lie down and sit, especially noteworthy is the gigantic view of the sea. Even in the dark, it was a highlight. The contact with Ms. Irrgang was always very prompt via email. If you had a question, you received a quick response right away. We would love to come back, as it is very important to us to find a nice "home"! We give 5 stars! (Bewertung from Dream Holiday Apartments - where this apartment was listed in 2023.

Dream vacation
"We can only agree with the good reviews. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 points. The contact with Ms. Irrgang was great. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. There is also the possibility to check into the apartment before 4 PM, which is great, especially when you land in Malaga at 9:30 AM. Just like always - without ifs and buts .......
For the third time, we spent our vacation in this beautiful apartment. Already upon entering the neighborhood, turning the apartment key, and stepping into the apartment, we felt like we had arrived home. Everything was just as it always was; namely very clean (the girls do a great job!). The previous correspondence with Ms. Irrgang was also just as it always is, namely very prompt and warm. One could sense that her guests are not just guests by name. This assessment also simply includes mentioning the dental practice of Dr. Irrgang. From personal experience, we can highly recommend him. He offers a service with his team that takes place in such a family-like setting that going there does not cause even more toothache.

We, a couple in our mid-50s, are your directly responsible private landlords. We started renting out holiday properties on the Costa del Sol back in 2001. Since then, we have of course been constantly developing—in everything: furnishings, equipment, style, and number of properties. For a long time now, we have been living & working ourselves in Nerja for most of the year. If there is ever a task to be solved, we can organize it promptly—since we speak Spanish and are well connected. We work with a good maintenance service and the cleaning team of a Belgian agency on site. There you can also book excursions & order additional services. We immediately fell in love with this area back then and quickly inspired other travel enthusiasts as well. This allowed us to gain additional 'shareholders' within the family in Germany for our private holiday rentals, so that we can now offer you a larger selection of private, modern holiday properties.
