Welcome to the holiday home Goiser Haisl in Neustadt an der Weinstraße – your perfect refuge for relaxing days for two. The spacious house with 85 m² of living space offers you a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, a utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and dryer, and a bathroom, so you can feel completely at ease. Enjoy relaxing hours in the well-kept garden or on the terrace, where a BBQ grill is ready for sociable evenings. You can park your car conveniently right by the house.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: A kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, as well as dishes are at your disposal.
Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher offer additional comfort for longer stays and are located in a separate utility room. In the light-flooded living area, you will find satellite TV, Blu-ray and CD player, as well as free Wi-Fi – ideal for relaxing evenings. Bed linen and towels, as well as kitchen towels, are provided; a hairdryer is available in the bathroom. The house is suitable for non-smokers only.
Smoking is permitted outside; an ashtray is available for this purpose in the covered lounge. The stylish furnishings and lovingly designed rooms create a cozy atmosphere where you can relax. The COMPLETELY NEWLY renovated holiday home (in 2021) is located in the middle of the wine village Geinsheim, a district of Neustadt an der Weinstraße, surrounded by gentle hills with vineyards and forests. It unfolds its own charm on around 85 sqm. A special advantage is the enclosed courtyard with parking space and private access to the house. In the secluded courtyard or on the covered terrace with lounge furniture, you can comfortably end the evening with a Palatinate wine. In the newly designed garden from 2023, you can relax on sun loungers and let your soul unwind.
All rooms are located on the ground floor of the house. It is therefore also very well suited for older dogs. HOME-OFFICE service available on request. The wine village of Geinsheim is located between Neustadt an der Weinstraße and Speyer in the heart of sunny Palatinate. Many sights are nearby. Heidelberg and Mannheim, as well as Alsace, can also be reached quickly by car.
In the surrounding vineyards, you can take relaxed walks away from the roads and let dogs run free. Hikes through the Palatinate Forest with stops at managed forest huts are also a wonderful experience for people and animals.

Each guest brings their own story, culture, and energy. It is a wonderful opportunity to make new contacts and hear exciting stories from all over the world. That is why we run the holiday home "Goiser Haisl" with commitment and joy. In 2020, we renovated it ourselves with a lot of dedication and love. It is always nice to meet many people. Since we have a dog ourselves and know how difficult it is to find accommodation, we definitely wanted to offer a holiday home for guests with dogs. Our goal is that everyone who enters the Goiser Haisl feels welcome from the very first second. It makes us happy to know that people can relax here, leave everyday life behind, and recharge.
