Discover the beauty of Rhineland-Palatinate and enjoy your stay in our charming holiday flat in an Art Nouveau house, located in picturesque Edenkoben. The 40 square metre flat can accommodate up to three guests and has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The flat is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. A private car park is available, so you don't have to worry about parking your vehicle. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, ideal for preparing meals at home. A kettle and coffee machine are also provided, perfect for a cosy morning with a cup of coffee or tea.
You live with the comfort of today in the flair of yesterday's Art Nouveau style.
The flat also offers bed linen and towels, and the bathroom is equipped with a daylight window and a hairdryer. Entertainment is provided by a TV and free Wi-Fi is available so you can always stay connected. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat.
The flat is lovingly furnished and has numerous windows that let in plenty of natural light. The outside area is decorated with plants and flowers, giving the flat a fresh and lively look. There is an outdoor seating area in the courtyard - with a canopy if required,

Location and surroundings of object
Edenkoben is located on the German Wine Route in the centre of the Mannheim, Kaiserslautern and Karlsruhe metropolitan triangle; more precisely, in the middle between Neustadt/Weinstrasse and Landau/Pfalz, on the eastern edge of the Haardt Mountains and at the foot of Villa Ludwigshöhe, the summer residence of King Ludwig of Bavaria. The surrounding area is characterised by vines and forest, offering a special kind of nature experience. From here you can go hiking/cycling to suit your mood and fitness level. Hikers will get their money's worth with a network of 400 km of long-distance and local trails, so there is something for everyone. The "Pfälzer Weinsteig" hiking trail is a particular highlight for all hikers. The really sporty ones can take on the ascent to the Kalmit (673 metres above sea level), the highest point on the Southern Wine Route. A special feature of the entire Palatinate Forest are the catered huts run by the 'Pfälzer Waldverein' and the 'Naturfreundehäuser', which provide plenty of healthy air to keep hunger and thirst at bay while hiking. The hut culture in the Palatinate has recently received special recognition by being included in Germany's intangible cultural heritage. Excursions are a special experience in all directions, whether westwards into the Palatinate Forest, eastwards into the Rhine plain or north/southwards along the vineyards of the Southern Wine Route. Nearby Alsace is also no more than half an hour's drive away.
