Description

The 2 flats are located in a detached stone house on a 44 hectare plot south of Perugia. They are monolocals of about 60 sqm each for 2-4 people. Each flat has a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with showers, a double bed and a single bed. In autumn and winter, an open fireplace with a wood fire provides a cosy atmosphere. There is underfloor heating, which can also be operated centrally and automatically with gas. TVs with antenna or satellite are available.

The house is situated 480 m above sea level - you have a wonderful view over the Tiber valley to Assisi and on the high mountains in the Apennines - between olive groves and holm oak forests in absolute tranquillity.
Behind the house there are many quiet hiking trails. The area is ideal for excursions by mountain bike. Numerous MTB trails are signposted and lead right by the house and we are happy to provide route descriptions. GPS guided tours at
The favourable central position in Umbria offers the possibility of day trips to the worth seeing cities Perugia (45 min.), Assisi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Todi etc.. Lake Trasimeno can be reached by car in 40 minutes. Day trips to Rome and Florence - it is best to go by car to the railway station in Chiusi and from there by train directly to the city centre - are also possible without stress.
