Villa Modriola is located on a spacious, fenced property in the village of Proložac Donji, not far from the town of Imotski. This villa with a swimming pool is an ideal place for true peace and complete relaxation. It is surrounded by lots of greenery and there are no neighbors nearby, which means you will have complete peace and privacy. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is designed for 10 people. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modernly furnished kitchen with living room and 1 bedroom, while on the first floor, which is connected by an internal staircase, there are 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the basement there is an entertainment room with billiards, table tennis, and table football for family fun. For the little ones, there is a children's playground with a swing, sandbox, and slide. Refresh yourself in the large heated swimming pool in front of the house or enjoy the peace with a good book while the children have fun on the playground. Enjoy preparing your favorite meals in the fully equipped summer kitchen and then relax on the large covered terrace by the pool. 5 bicycles are also available to you, ideal for exploring the picturesque towns and the natural beauty of the area. A promenade leads around Lake Prološko Blato, where you can walk or ride a bicycle. There is also a fishing lake nearby.
The town of Imotski, just a few minutes by car from the villa, offers numerous cultural events throughout the summer. We also recommend a visit to the local wineries and the unmissable natural phenomena – the Blue and Red Lakes. For sea lovers, the Makarska Riviera with its beautiful pebble beaches is only a 30-minute drive away.

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) Cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in written form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
