The nearest supermarket is 1 km away, a restaurant is 4 km away. Nearby there is also a beautiful park with the source of the Vrljika River, which offers opportunities for canoeing as well as quad or bicycle tours. Here you can visit one of the many wineries; the region is known for its wine production and rural culture with excellent gastronomic offerings. The numerous pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera (Brela, Baška Voda) can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. If you prefer a mountain region, there is the Biokovo Nature Park directly above Makarska. This can be your day trip, because the view from this mountain is fantastic, you can see many islands and the coast is simply beautiful, so visit Mount Biokovo for a unique experience. The Skywalk on Mount Biokovo is a new attraction in the nature park near Makarska at 1,228 meters above sea level. In just 15 minutes you can reach the nearest highway, making everything very convenient to access, golf course in Posušje (BiH 20km), 40 minutes drive to Makarska (40km), 1 hour drive to the famous city of Split with its great history (86km via the highway), 2.5-hour drive to the well-known city of Dubrovnik, so you have many opportunities to explore one of the many famous Croatian towns. You can also visit two places in Bosnia and Herzegovina that are nearby and worth a visit, the famous sanctuary of Međugorje or the very oriental old streets of Mostar with the famous bridge, both about 1 hour away by car.

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) Cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in written form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
