We had a beautiful apartment in the annex and were very excited. The property is located right by Lake Amber, surrounded by nature. The Elbe Canal is not far away. We were especially pleased with the basket that contained everything for our dog. From food bowls to a sleeping blanket, dog bags to treats, everything was included. The operators of the hotel complex welcomed us very kindly. This accommodation is excellent for families with children.

The room was fine, the facility is very nice with the dreamlike beach. Various activities are also offered, so there is no boredom. The surroundings invite you to take a long walk along the Elbe side canal with the dog.

The sandy beach by the lake is very beautiful and well-maintained, the location is quiet and secluded. There is a wide range of activities for all age groups, pets are welcome, and the breakfast buffet as well as dinner are good. The sun terrace invites relaxation. As last time, everything was excellent. The lady at the reception took great care of us, and we felt very comfortable. Due to staff shortages (like everywhere), it took a bit longer for us to check into our room, but that's really not a problem in such a great holiday resort with so much friendly staff.

Friendly staff, dogs are really welcome here! Upon our arrival, we found water, a food bowl, and a dog blanket. There is a fenced area for dogs. The room was clean and well-equipped. The best part was - no box spring beds - so no sliding mattresses at night. Everything was great! And the location of the hotel is dreamy. Additionally, there is a great recreational offer. I can only warmly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful location by the lake, however, we had imagined something different under the term room with lake view... Through the branches, depending on the wind, we could occasionally see a bit of the lake. The room was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Until late in the evening, the ventilation system of the restaurant ran directly across from the house wall, which fortunately was turned off later. The few staff in the restaurant were great. They had a lot to do, but were very attentive and friendly, and there was also a casual joke now and then, which we really liked, both at dinner and at breakfast! The lady at the reception was not particularly friendly and seemed quite annoyed, both at check-in and at check-out.

The location is very quiet, directly by the lake. During the day, there is a water ski facility, a beach club, and mini-golf. You can also rent a soccer field, but that is quite expensive and only possible for teams.

We were accommodated in the brand new hotel building. The room had a nice balcony that faced the sun in the morning. It was simply fantastic! The lady at the reception was very nice. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled and would vacation there again or spend a few days anytime.
