Bernsteinsee Hotel and Ferien Lakeview...

Hotel basically okay, even though booked as a vacation apartment (without any indication that it is just a hotel room) and then there was no refrigerator, which was quite strange. Room was okay otherwise, view great, restaurant - not belonging to the hotel beds - was very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning of the hotel room did not take place despite the green card and ample opportunity, unfortunately that is bad. Only upon request was the toilet paper refilled. Lego bricks from previous tenants were still found under the table in the room. The cleaning performance does not seem to be the best and most reliable. Otherwise: would gladly return to the place itself.

It was sometimes very loud but otherwise I enjoyed the stay. The restaurant had very friendly service and the food was of good quality. The room was very spacious and clean. Thank you!

Overall, okay. There should be a broom in the room due to the sandy floor. The trash can in front of the building was full upon arrival, still full upon departure! Food in the restaurant is very good, but it also has its price. For breakfast 20 € per person? Also extraordinary are the parking fees 5 €. With a dog, you can walk endlessly.
