The surroundings are great, the recreational offerings are great, very dog-friendly, the only downside was the silverfish in the room and the dirty cups in the rooms. However, the food in the restaurant was great.

Hotel basically okay, even though booked as a vacation apartment (without any indication that it is just a hotel room) and then there was no refrigerator, which was quite strange. Room was okay otherwise, view great, restaurant - not belonging to the hotel beds - was very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning of the hotel room did not occur despite the green card and ample opportunity, which is unfortunately bad. Only upon request was the toilet paper refilled. Lego bricks from previous tenants were still found under the table in the room. The cleaning performance does not seem to be the best and most reliable. Otherwise: would like to return to the place itself.

Unfortunately, the person in charge at the reception was unable to keep promised things! In this specific case, there was a letter in the room stating that there was a free bottle of water. This bottle of water was not in the room. I then went to the reception to get this bottle of water. There I was told that there is none. No apology and explanation. Instead, 2 employees spoke in their mother tongue, which was not German, and no longer talked to me!
