Description

Villa Mia is a charming retreat near Zadar and accommodates up to six guests. Zadar Airport is only 15.3 km away.

The villa features a private pool, a table tennis table, and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue area, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors.

Inside, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The open living area is equipped with a cozy sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and air conditioning.

A local market is only 650 meters away, and several restaurants can be reached in 5–10 minutes by car.

The nearest beaches, including Sveti Petar and Turkljaca, are only 5–6 kilometers away.

The historic city of Zadar with its beautiful old town, the Sea Organ, and the Greeting to the Sun is only 22 kilometers from the villa. This allows you to comfortably explore the museums, cafés, and cultural sights.

For longer excursions, Šibenik (61 km away) and Split (approx. 131 km away) are recommended. Villa Mia combines modern comfort with a quiet location near Zadar and is therefore the ideal starting point to discover the most beautiful sides of Northern Dalmatia.
