In addition, two outdoor showers (cold-hot water), 2 terraces about 80 m2 with large tables with chairs, seating, garden swing, 4.30 m tranpolin.
Several parking spaces are available on the property.

The pine vacation house is a perfect accommodation for two families.
From Zadaraus daily boat trips to the Kornati islands are organized, the national parks Plitvice, Krka and Paklenica can be visited in a day trip.
The aquapark FUN PARK BIOGRAD is only 18 km away from the accommodation.

The house is located in small place Sukošan and is 70 m away from the sea. To the center it is 1,2 km. Restaurant, fast food hut, pizzeria, cocktail bar, becker and grocery shopping is approx.100 m away, nearest ambulante is 1.5 km away. The cottage offers its guests apsolut privacy and beautiful fenced garden with large courtyard is ideal for a relaxing moments.
The pine cottage is a perfect accommodation for two families. But I am sure that most of the time they are not on the beach, they will spend on the large terrace.
Bot excursion to grains are organized daily from Zadar, Nacionalnosti Plitvice Krka, Paklenica can all be organized into a day trip.
In the old town of Zadar is located several sights. Forum Romanum, vorbeiman church of St. Donatus, famous Funf fountain, a beautiful promenade by the sea, as well as modern facility of the unique sea organ.
