Casa “Makatea” is located on a quiet residential street and is perfect for couples, young families, or guests with limited mobility. For your vehicles, a covered parking space for two cars with an electric charging station is available, from which you can access the house entrance directly via the elevator.
On the ground floor, a stylish living room awaits with an open fireplace (with fan), a cozy seating area, and a table football that delights not only children. A real eye-catcher is the impressive chandelier in the space above the gallery. The bright red open kitchen with a breakfast bar invites you to cook, chat, and linger – equipped with an induction hob, steamer, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Practical and comfortable: storage room with freezer, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron, as well as an accessible shower room with toilet and sink.
