The sunny apartment can accommodate 4 people. Entrance with fitted wardrobes and a guest toilet. Bright, spacious living, dining area with large windows with french balcony and an exit to the balcony, which is equipped with a dining table and chairs. In the living area is a cozy living area with adjustable neck parts, a dining table and an extra large flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is separated by built-in wardrobes. All windows have electric shutters. Exclusive bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The bedroom with two double beds has a direct exit to the balcony. The second bedroom has two foldaway beds. This room opens onto the patio, which has a large lounge, sun loungers and an electric grill. Here you can relax and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. A reserved covered parking (penultimate from above), as well as another parking is available at the residence.
The apartment is located in a well-kept residence, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a quiet and low-traffic district above Locarno. The sunny hillside location offers a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. Optimal starting point for many leisure activities. Even without a car, Orselina can easily be reached by bus or funicular, which leads directly to the center of Locarno. A small shop, and the nearest bus stop can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The wonderful Parco di Orselina, with its magnificent amphitheater, hosts many cultural and culinary events every year.
Orselina is known for the pilgrimage church Madonna del Sasso. The modern cable car will take you from Orselina to Cardada in just a few minutes, and then take the chairlift to Cimetta at 1670 meters, an easily accessible vantage point with plenty of hiking opportunities.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den See. Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet, es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We felt very comfortable there, the apartment is spacious, very clean, and above all, the kitchen is up to date and super equipped. We could sleep very well in the beds too, we would love to come back. One small improvement we would suggest is to have a large mirror, for example in the hallway or bedroom, and also a mirror in the second bedroom. Thank you very much.

We were now for the second time this year in the beautiful apartment Riposa and felt very comfortable again! The apartment is simply great, we enjoyed the days here very much and didn't miss anything! The two hosts Andrea and Claudio have furnished the apartment with a lot of love and taste, there are also always current books and magazines, which we were very happy about! The welcome and farewell in the office of fewo Tessin down in Muralto was warm and uncomplicated! We are big fans of Riposa and will gladly come back!

We were very satisfied and would love to come back! The only small suggestion for improvement: A double bed in the bedroom instead of two single beds would be really great, even though the beds themselves were extremely comfortable!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this great apartment! A dream location in Locarno/Ascona and Lake Maggiore! Many excursion possibilities for hiking and exploring the different valleys! We stayed in the beautiful Riposa flat for the second time this year and once again felt very comfortable!
The flat is just great, we enjoyed our days here very much and we didn't want for anything! The two hosts Andrea and Claudio have furnished the flat with a lot of love and taste, also there are always up-to-date books and magazines, which made us very happy!
The reception and conclusion in the office of fewo Ticino down in Muralto was warm and uncomplicated!
We are a big fan of Riposa and will be very happy to come back!
