Our holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a high-quality residential complex and offers you 47 sqm of living space, providing the best conditions for a relaxing vacation. The apartment features a spacious, combined living/sleeping area, a dining area, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a spacious bathroom with shower/WC, a safe, as well as a balcony facing southeast where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning. A comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) ensures restful nights.
Your entertainment is also well taken care of. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable connection, stereo system, CD and DVD player, books, games, and DVDs. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
An elevator with direct access to the underground garage allows you to conveniently load and unload your car. A reserved outdoor parking space directly at the house is available for your vehicle. To explore the charming surroundings, you are welcome to use the bicycles provided free of charge.
A coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available in the house. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along.
Towels and bed linen are not included in the price and should be brought with you.

Our holiday apartment is centrally located yet quiet, just a 5-minute walk from the market with its adjoining pedestrian zone. From there, it is only a few minutes to the beach. Restaurants, supermarkets, and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The Baltic Sea resort Grömitz is one of the largest and most popular seaside resorts in Germany and offers perfect holiday conditions at any time of year. The 4 km long beach promenade, the 8 km long fine sandy beach, the nearly 400 m long pier with its large sun deck and the diving gondola, as well as the dune park and the cozy cafés and restaurants leave hardly anything to be desired.
The Baltic Sea lounge directly on the beach, a 27-hole golf course, marina with maritime adventure promenade, numerous shops, as well as extensive excursion options complete the offer. The spectacular large-scale events, which delight holidaymakers and guests every year, are also legendary.
