The new Villa Sunrise with pool and completely fenced property was built in July 2024 in a nostalgic style. It is a "villa with heart" - you arrive here and feel safe. The large swimming pool and the large, very well-equipped fitted kitchen are outstanding. There are many olive trees growing in the immediate vicinity, and local olive oil is available in the neighboring town of Sisan.

This beautiful holiday home with pool is located in Seve, a suburb that belongs to the municipality of Medulin. The outskirts of Pula are about 4 km away (6 minutes by car), and you can reach Medulin in about 10 minutes. The closest beach is 5 km away in Pomer. The beaches in Banjole (7 km) are very beautiful and can be reached in about 10 minutes. The village of Sisan with its beautiful wild beach bays is right next door (2.2 km, 3 minutes). The beaches of Medulin, Liznjan and Pula are each about 10 minutes away by car. (Distances were measured using Google Maps).
