With its "Famille Plus" label, Morzine guarantees a warm welcome and a range of activities for all ages. The area features 286 ski slopes, catering to both seasoned skiers and beginners, and transforms into a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, trail running, and golf during the warmer months. Visitors can also enjoy activities like rafting, climbing, canyoning, and stand-up paddleboarding on Lake Montriond.

This 3-star apartment is centrally located above a ski rental shop in winter and a mountain bike rental shop in summer, making it a convenient base for outdoor adventures. The apartment includes a living room with a fireplace, a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into a double), and an en-suite shower room and toilet. On a half level above, there is a large kitchen with a sofa and terrace access, along with a separate toilet. The first floor offers a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a shower room with sink and toilet.
