This 38m² studio apartment is perfect for families or small groups, accommodating up to 4 people. It features a living room with a BZ sofa that converts into a double bed, as well as a sleeping area with two double bunk beds (upper bunk not suitable for children under 6 years old). The apartment is located on the second floor of a residence with an elevator (accessible via stairs). The property is not pet-friendly. Guests can enjoy an east-facing balcony and a ski locker for convenience.

Situated at the foot of the slopes, the apartment is ideally located for winter sports enthusiasts. The ESF Champamé gathering is only 50 meters away, and the crèche/daycare is 400 meters from the residence. The Belle Etoile chairlift, providing direct access to the Crêtes beginner area, is nearby, and the Jandri Express is approximately 600 meters away for access to higher elevations and the glacier. In summer, the residence is perfectly positioned for cycling, hiking, and other activities at the bottom of the slopes, including tobogganing, mini-golf, and trampolines. The swimming pool and ice rink are located about 500 meters away, and local shops and a library are within walking distance.

The apartment features an open kitchen equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and fondue set. The bathroom includes a shower, and the WC is separate. For added convenience, the property offers access to the building's collective parking lot, although space is not guaranteed.
