This 36m² studio apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the 1st floor with a west-facing balcony. It features a living room with a TV, sofa, and dining area, as well as a sleeping area with a convertible sofa (160 cm double bed) and two double bunk beds. The sleeping area is separated by a curtain, and the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6. The property is not pet-friendly, and a ski locker is available, along with access to collective parking (subject to availability).

The apartment is ideally located near various attractions. The ESF Champamé gathering is just 50m away, with the crèche/daycare 400m from the property. The Belle Etoile chairlift offers direct access to the Crêtes beginner area, and the Jandri Express is located 600m away for access to the glacier. In winter, you can ski back to the building via Demoiselles and Valentin slopes. In summer, enjoy cycling, hiking, and activities like tobogganing, mini-golf, and trampolines, with a swimming pool and ice rink 500m away.
