Description
The house has 60 m² on two levels. Downstairs is a large living room with a view of the water, dining area, seating area and open kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 3 beds respectively.
Garden furniture and barbecue available. There are several identical houses next to each other.
Boating, fishing and swimming are possible directly in front of the house. Please bring towels and bed linen.

Location and surroundings of object
The canal on which the holiday home is situated is connected to the canal system that runs through the whole of East Frisia. First, however, the waterway leads to the Loppersumer as well as the Großes Meer, the well-known East Frisian recreational area that invites you to go sailing and surfing. The village where the house is located is called Bedekaspelermarsch and is a small place with only a few inhabitants and one restaurant. It is altogether very quietly situated, on the edge of a nature reserve and perfectly suited for recreational purposes.
Fishing, bathing and boating are possible directly in front of the house.
Field paths as well as an approximately 15km long circular route invite you to go for a walk or a bike ride.

really beautiful spacious house in a quiet location
We had a very nice and relaxing vacation week there. We really liked the holiday home and there was nothing that we didn't like. Above all, we also enjoyed the peace and quiet there, we even heard a cuckoo. Pure nature. We would love to come back.

Relaxing and pleasant stay!!!
Clearly 5 stars for every point! It is not a luxury sweet but it shouldn't be! An incredibly quiet and natural area where you can just switch off! There was also a nice welcome and no questions left unanswered :) we will definitely come back and probably this year, to our new retreat ! The rowing boat rides were lovely and the nature around you just gorgeous!
The facility accommodates everything you need and it is in a very well maintained condition :)

Great week in East Frisia
Beautiful house, very good facilities, directly on the canal, rowing boat with motor, 2-person kayak also available. Despite the mixed weather, a very nice week with lots of activities on the water. We will repeat this!
