According to this motto, the owners Kaiser-Brehme have completely renovated a housing estate from the 1950s, preserved the beautiful old wooden staircase and created six modern, chic apartments around it with a lot of passion. Dogs are welcome in the barrier-free ground floor apartments on request.
The beautiful location of the house directly on the Stryckpark - and yet close to the center (approx. 700m) - make "Kaiser's Traumzeit Appartements" the ideal quarters for guests who value superior comfort, nature, peace and quiet and also proximity to the exciting town center and tourist facilities and who want to relax on vacation and enjoy a wonderful break.
The center (approx. 700m), lagoon pool, ice rink, cinema (approx. 600m each) and adventure golf at the viaduct (200m) are just a few minutes' walk away. The Skywalk, 1.5km away, can be reached via a walking path through the Stryckpark and the Strycktal. The cable car is approx. 1.3km away. In winter, the cross-country ski trails start just 50m from the house.
The house and apartments are equally ideal for a 3-night short trip or an extended week-long vacation - and are primarily designed for active vacationers/couples who are out and about a lot during the day and want modern and compact accommodation.

WILLINGEN/Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: Four-season vacation in the most visited holiday resort of the German Central Uplands. Willingen (550-843 m) is a health resort with a healing climate and a winter sports resort; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan “Everything I want,” is equally popular with young and old.

Summer beach bathing at Lake Diemel; for hikers, Willingen with Europe’s largest high heath and eight 800-meter peaks is the top destination in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg-Hochheideturm – the highest viewpoint in Northwest Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill course. One of the top low mountain range ski areas (see description below). Not only is the après-ski legendary, there is ‘Saturday Night Fever’ here all year round. The highlight is the World Cup ski jumping!

A general deposit of € 200 is charged for this property.

beautiful hiking holiday!

We booked four apartments in this house as a hiking group for 5 nights at the beginning of July, and we really liked it. Everything is very new, modern, and clean. The location is also good. It is quiet to live there, yet you can quickly walk to the center. Through the park, you have a good starting point for the hikes. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather on our last day. Conclusion: The area around Willingen is a wonderful hiking region, and we will definitely come back next year.
