The elegantly furnished Villa Perondi is located on a single level on the ground floor. It accommodates up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Wi-Fi is included. Air conditioning is available in the living room only. Pets are not allowed.

You are welcomed by a beautiful open-plan living area furnished with a sofa, TV, and a dining table for 8 people. This leads to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, breakfast table, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the rear of the garden, where the gazebo with a dining table and barbecue is located.
