Welcome to a cozy cottage in a scenic area near Tanumshede. Here you live on a shared plot together with the friendly homeowners. A peaceful base for both relaxation and explorations in the Bohuslän landscape. The bright living room area has a sofa bed for two people and opens onto large double doors that open onto the patio. Just outside, the magnificent horticulture spreads out and provides a nice setting for your morning coffee. For all the moments of outdoor life, there are three patios to choose from, one of which has a grill. The cottage has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a fresh bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice dining table that can be extended when there are more of you around the table. In just ten minutes by car you can reach the nearest community with services, cafes and shops. The area also offers the Bohus coast's characteristic mix of sea, cliffs, small harbours and idyllic fishing villages. Strömstad, Grebbestad and Fjällbacka are within comfortable distance, as are Tanums Shopping Center, Nordby and the historic rock carvings in Vitlycke. For nature lovers there is much to discover. Ranebo outdoor facility (7km) is beautifully situated by Nedre Bolsjön – a nice swimming lake with fresh and clear water, with both a beach and a jetty. Here you can rent a canoe, fish with a fishing license, pick berries and mushrooms or hike along the many trails in the area. There are also coastal bathing areas nearby, such as the municipal bathing area at Sannäs, (approx. 10km) which offers both a jetty and a diving tower. For those who want to make more excursions, there are many scenic gems nearby: for example the quiet paths around the Trossö–Kalvön–Lindön nature reserve, the viewpoints at Vetteberget or the small, charming farm shops and craft stalls that appear along the country roads. Parking is easily accessible at the cottage. Here you live comfortably, peacefully and in a perfect location to enjoy everything that northern Bohuslän has to offer.
