Newly built cottage in a nice rural environment with proximity to salt baths. Welcome to this nice, cozy and completely newly built cottage located on a side plot of a larger property where the owner lives. Here you live sunny and freely surrounded by the Bohuslän natural landscape and birdsong. in the small picturesque and well-preserved fishing and stonemasonry community of Sannäs. The cottage is located close to the sea, salt baths, Mjölkeröd golf course, beautiful nature with nice nature trails and viewpoints with views over the surrounding landscape and the archipelago. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for exploring fishing villages, the archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursion destinations such as the fishing villages in Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, Vitlycke rock carving museum or Tjurpannan nature reserve. Via the cottage's patio area you reach the cottage's entrance and further into a welcoming open plan consisting of an entrance area, kitchen area with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, dining area with kitchen furniture. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine, a bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds. From the kitchen, a staircase leads up to the second floor with a cozy and nicely furnished living area with a reading corner, sofa and TV and two bedrooms with a single bed in each bedroom. From the kitchen area you open double doors out onto the cottage's patio area with barbecue and summer furniture. A place to relax with a good book, enjoy cozy breakfasts or grill a good piece of food with something tasty in a glass while you discuss the day's adventures or plan new ones. Feel free to borrow one of the cottage's bicycles for a trip to golf, the beach or out on nature trails. The cottage has fiber connection. It is not far to several of northern Bohuslän's picturesque fishing villages where, in addition to experiencing the narrow alleys, summer shops, restaurants, you can also rent boat charters or why not a kayak to experience the beautiful archipelago outside. Several nature reserves with fantastic nature are in the area such as Tjurpannan and also Sweden's first marine national park Kosterhavet National Park is well worth a visit. In Tanum municipality there are many rock carvings to see so don't miss a visit to Vitlycke Museum, an experience and knowledge center for this unique world heritage.
