The bright rooms are equipped with high-quality bed linen and offer plenty of peace and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.

Outside, a spacious terrace with a refreshing swimming pool and barbecue awaits you – ideal for spending quality time outdoors. Sun loungers and comfortable seating areas provide plenty of space to relax while the children enjoy the pool. Private parking is also available.

Location and surroundings of object

When it comes to location, it is certainly one of the greatest advantages of this holiday home. The house is situated right at the entrance to Medulin, in the exclusive residential area of Mukalba.

The nearest public natural beach is only 500 metres away and can easily be reached on foot. At the beginning of the street, there is a small shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables. For larger grocery shopping, Lidl is only about 900 metres away.

The centre of Medulin is just 1.5 kilometres from the house, while the famous Bijeca Beach is approximately 2 kilometres away. The centre of Pula is around 4 kilometres away.

For guests looking for a more active holiday, Medulin also offers plenty of possibilities. Not far from the house, you will find an adrenaline park, horse-riding opportunities and many other leisure and sports activities.
