When you enter, you step directly into the cozy living room with an inviting sitting area. This area flows seamlessly into the conservatory with a wood-burning stove. Here you can relax wonderfully by the crackling fire with a book or a drink. The open kitchen adjoins the living area and is equipped with every comfort.
The fully fenced garden offers you a sunny spot around the house almost any time. In the morning, you can enjoy your breakfast here in the first light of day. Later, you can light the grill for a delicious meal outdoors. On the ground floor there is a comfortable bedroom furnished with a double box spring bed, a television, and ample storage space. You will also find a modern bathroom here as well as a guest toilet.
Via the staircase in the hallway you reach the open area on the upper floor, where there is a single bed and a desk. In addition, there is a second bedroom with a double box-spring bed as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine – ideal for a longer stay.
Thanks to central heating, the house is comfortable at any time of year. In the garden, there is a garden shed where you can conveniently and securely store your bicycles. You also have two enclosed parking spaces directly on the property.
