This completely newly built luxury bungalow (2018) is quietly located on the edge of Park Horizon in Renesse, just a few steps from the centre, dunes and beach. In the sunny, fenced garden with large terrace you can enjoy undisturbed. Thanks to the beautiful outdoor lighting, you can also relax here in the evening with a good glass of wine in the lounge corner.
The bright, very tastefully furnished living room has a large sliding door that merges seamlessly inside and outside. The sitting area in the living room has a comfortable corner sofa and a cosy wood-burning stove.
On a sunny day you can operate the external blinds electrically so that the room temperature remains pleasant at all times. For cooler days there is underfloor heating. Free WLAN and digital television are available. You can therefore feel at home here all year round.
The magnificent, generously furnished, modern kitchen with cooking island has, among other things, an induction hob, a combi microwave, a Quooker water tap, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed (Boxspring). In the second bedroom there are two single beds (Boxspring). There's plenty of cupboards.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a beautiful rain shower and a sink cupboard. There's a separate toilet.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and a dryer. You can park on your own premises.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the park De Horizon there is a supermarket (approx. 400 m.) which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and your newspaper in the morning. The extensive dune landscape and the neighbouring nature reserve "De Vroongronden" are suitable for beautiful hiking and cycling trips to the beautiful old town of Burgh-Haamstede.
The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite-buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
