*Outdoor Area: The villa boasts a generous 48 sqm (6m x 8m) private swimming pool at the pool level, equipped with a no-chlorine system. With varying depths of 150 cm to 190 cm, it's ideal for a refreshing swim suitable for all ages. The sun deck is equipped with 14 lounge chairs, a cosy lounge corner, an outdoor shower, and two outdoor toilets. Enjoy meals in the covered dining area that accommodates 14 people, complete with a charcoal/wood barbecue and an outdoor fridge to keep your beverages cool while you soak up the sun. From the pool area, you can also access a billiard room (34 sqm) that includes a pool table, a dining table with dishes and glasses, as well as some fitness equipment like yoga mats and weights.
