* The OUTDOOR offers a private heated swimming pool 7,7m x 4,4m with a Hydromassage and a Salt electrolysis water treatment without chlorine, a sundeck area overlooking the Adriatic sea with 6 sunbeds, 2 sun-umbrellas. There is also a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people with a grill (charcoal) and a direct approach from the living area. The garden next to it is filled with some typical Mediterranean plants, and some aromatic herbs along with the grill that you can use for your Croatian culinary experience.
*The GROUND floor offers a fully air-conditioned and stylish living and dining area (55sqm) with a direct approach to the outdoors (outdoor dining area and the pool). The kitchen (12sqm) is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (Microwave oven, a Julius capsule coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle...), a kitchen island with 2 chairs, a dining table for 8, Living room with a sofa and a TV, a Media room (7,6sqm) with a sofa, a TV, PlayStation 5, A/C, and free Starlink internet (WiFi). There is also a Family bathroom (5sqm) with a shower.
*The FIRST floor offers three fully air conditioned bedrooms:
Bedroom NO1 (21sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, a TV, en-suite bathroom (5sqm) with two sinks, and a shower, a balcony, and views of the sea and the pool.

Villa Larisa is located in a natural Mediterranean landscape of Kanica - Dvornica bay in the Rogoznica area, offering its guests an ideal getaway via a secluded environment.
Directly from the villa you can step on the shore with your private access to the crystal clear and warm sea of Kanica - Dvornica bay (and there are 6 deck chairs, sun umbrella and one canoe for your use), or take a short 3-min walk to the sandy beach, where the sea in this area is crystal clear and warm. The nearest minimarket is 2km from the villa, or you can drive to the supermarket Tommy in Rogoznica (10km) to get a bigger supply, and there is a bakery minivan that comes to this street offering fresh bakery products. Nearest restaurants are 500m away and the nearest bigger beach with beach bar/grill is also 500m away. Fantastic view of the Adriatic sea and the coast, great bicycle tracks in the surroundings, 18km to Primošten, 25km to the famous town Trogir with great history, cute and old streets to explore, 31km to Split airport, 53km to the town Split with its great historical attractions. Some of the best winemakers in Croatia are around the corner, opportunity to book a boat tour with a skipper, try a fish and picnic day tour, you can try scuba diving in Ražanj, or rent bikes and explore the neighborhood (more info provided by the host upon your arrival) Wherever you go, you can find beautiful secluded coves that are full of hidden beaches and are great for swimming, diving, swimming, fishing in this absolutely crystal clear sea.
