The first floor is comprised of two double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room, and a shared balcony. The second floor (attic) is comprised of one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, each with ensuite shower room, and a shared balcony.

Casa del Capitano situated in a small fishing town Razanj, 25 km far away from closest Split airport and 20 km from historical and old town Trogir and 55 km from Split capital town whole area.
Car hire is recommended if you prefer daily tour to closest attractions and National Parks although the nearest beach is just a few minutes' by foot. Razanj village is within walking distance for small shops and restaurants, and main shops can be found in Rogoznica town, 5km from the villa. One of Croatia's stunning national parks, Krka National Park, is nearby and worth a day trip to see the spectacular waterfalls. Popular excursions in the area include visiting the historic cities of Zadar, Split and Trogir, while the main islands of Brac, Hvar and Vis are within easy reach for day trips.

This property is old grandfather house completely renovated with one purpose: to give peaceful, quiet and relaxing moments for all users. Grandpa build house 50 years ago for the same reasons but only as holiday house for his family and friends and our intention is to introduce everyone with his idea and great sense for needed no stress and worries moments. It is some sort of shelter and escape from reality and everyday life.

All property is enclosed with stoned wall and it guarantee privacy and peaceful moments. Infinity pool is the best choice for relaxing and cooling moments during the hot summer days. Outside kitchen with all appliances and bbq is unique space for family and friendly friendships. Stunning and breathtaking view according to closest port and islands from the both terraces is unforgettable especially during the sunset.
