Always beautiful...

We stayed at Villa Sunset for the 3rd time this year. In short, it was a wonderful holiday as always.

A beautiful house with all the comforts. It is beautifully furnished, has a lovely terrace with barbecue and a large pool that is completely mosquito-proof.

The view of the small lake with jumping fish and small baby alligators is always very relaxing.

Particularly worth mentioning is the great care by Mrs Niedermair. Everything is handled in a very uncomplicated way and the deposit was returned even before we arrived in Germany.

A very nice house offered by great landlords.

The only negative thing is that such a holiday is over at some point and you have to leave your beloved domicile.

That's why we'll be back next year.

Evaluation Villa Sunset

The house is very nice and big, wonderfully located, we will miss the wonderful view from the terrace, the pool very much. The equipment and furnishings of the villa are also excellent, we cooked every evening, everything is in high supply. We would holiday at Villa Sunset again at any time. The service and surroundings have also been very good. The booking and correspondence went without a hitch. The transfer to a German account was also very convenient. All in all, we can only recommend Villa Sunset to everyone else for such a nice holiday as we had there.

The house is the jewel, and Mrs. Niedermair is the soul :-)
A perfect holiday in a beautiful, well-kept, and safe house with everything you could wish for! Starting with the fluffy towels, great mattresses, the overall modern equipment (blender, grill, shaker, egg cooker, toaster, and more. . . ), in short, you feel at home!
We wholeheartedly recommend the house to everyone!!! The only downside - but really just a drop: in windy conditions, you can hear the highway in the afternoon! But you can live with that just fine.
We thank Mrs. Niedermair from the bottom of our hearts! A great woman :-)
We will gladly come back.

Great holiday with friends

The house is absolutely fantastic and fully lives up to the reviews. It should be added that the layout of the rooms is great. The bedrooms have a separate bathroom, a small hallway, or a walk-in closet. Plenty of privacy for 6 people. We were out and about a lot but also enjoyed spending time in the beautiful house. We had our cocktail by the pleasantly warm pool and grilled. The grill is a dream for men, which our men made extensive use of. Enjoying the evening on the terrace was no problem, as the cage, a kind of mosquito protection for the large terrace, effectively kept all annoying mosquitoes at bay. The villa is centrally located in all directions. Beautiful beaches invite for collecting shells. Mrs. Niedermair took care of us from the beginning and provided quick assistance with all questions (from the remote control to the nearby doctor). The travel time in May was really good, the sea was warm, and otherwise the heat was bearable. We attended water aerobics 2 times. Just go to the large communal pool and join in. We could already head off again. We will definitely do that soon. Best regards to the landlords and Mrs. Niedermair.

Beautiful vacation in a real dream house!

We rented Villa Sunset for 3 weeks in April and felt very comfortable the whole time. The holiday home was super clean and modernly furnished with attention to detail. It is also equipped with everything necessary, and a gas grill is available, which we used for our barbecues in the evenings. However, what we enjoyed the most was the spacious pool area and the hot tub, where we often enjoyed the lake view in the evenings and watched the sunset (a real highlight in Florida!). The facility also left nothing to be desired - from the large pool to the sauna to the fitness center, everything was available. In addition, it is a "gated community", so the entrance is manned by a gatekeeper 24/7, and we therefore felt very safe the whole time.
The house is centrally located, making supermarkets and outlets easily and quickly reachable. Various beaches are also accessible after a short drive, and all beach necessities are available in the villa. In summary, we can say that we will definitely come back and it was one of our most beautiful holidays so far! For that, we gladly award 5 stars!

Once again at the Villa Sunset,........and again everything perfect.

We stayed at Villa Sunset in October 2017 (2 weeks), already the 4th time (1 time Villa Hibiscus). And it was as always... PERFECT! Except for the weather, which was a bit weaker (a few days quite cold), but nobody can do anything about that 😊. In vacation planning, we could rely fully on the manager Mrs. Niedermair, as we had to reschedule the holiday date a few times, and she was very accommodating. Thank you for that! The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. From gas grill to cooler box and umbrella/folding chairs for the beach. Many different beach sections are reachable in a relatively short driving time (Barefoot Beach and Delnor Wiggins Beach are recommended). And eating out is also great, our favorites are Bahama Breeze, Doc Ford's, and Texas Roadhouse. We will definitely come back.

A great vacation at Villa Sunset.

We enjoyed Villa Sunset with 6 people for 14 days. We were very surprised by the upscale furnishings and the great pool. The villa is also very well equipped with various leisure equipment. The location is perfect for trips to Miami, etc. The on-site support by Mrs. Niedermair was perfect, with super short response times. The beaches Lovers Key and Barefoot are very good and quickly reachable. The neighbors in the complex are very nice, open, and helpful. We would love to come back.

Beautiful house with a fantastic view of the lake

Tastefully furnished and very clean house in a very beautiful complex. Mrs. Niedermaier's care is excellent. She is always available for her guests for questions and issues! Location: Shopping (Miromar Outlet Center) can be reached in 15 minutes - supermarkets (Walmart and Publix) are very close by - the beach (Fort Myers Beach or Estero) is only 25 minutes away - but since the house gets sun all day, you won't want to leave and will prefer to enjoy the terrace and the pool.

From start to finish, a great holiday in a very beautiful house - we will come back and have already booked for 2017!

Villa Sunset

Very well-kept house in a gated community, everything clean and very appealing. Due to the solar heating, the pool and spa were pleasantly warm. In addition, the fairly large communal pool and spa of the complex are also available for use. The relatively nearby highway is audible as a noise with western winds but not really disturbing. In summary, highly recommended and gladly again.

Simply beautiful

The house, the area, and not to forget the outstanding on-site care. This house really has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner has good taste in terms of furnishings. The pool outside the door is simply amazing. The fact that the villa is located in a guarded complex, to which only guests, owners, or workers who need access to the complex have access, makes it very clean and well-maintained. There is a large pool on the premises, which we did not use as we had our own in the house, a basketball court, as well as a tennis court and a small gym. I can only highly recommend this house Villa Sunset and the on-site support. We will definitely come back.

Simply feel good!!!!

We will come back!!! We haven't felt so comfortable in a vacation home in Florida for a long time! Everything was available as described, and the service of the very friendly property manager was excellent. The house is very comfortably furnished, just as we could see from the detailed description. It was an overall holiday to feel good and relax, just as we had imagined.

Super nice holiday in a great resort.

The directions provided by the administration allowed us to reach the facility without any problems. The house exactly matched the description. A dream. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, everything in great condition. We felt incredibly comfortable right away. On the day of our arrival, we received immediate instructions from our manager. From a large floating platform to 4 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, etc., everything was truly available. If there were any questions, the management was always available and immediately returned our calls. We spent a total of 19 days there and enjoyed each and every one of them. It was very hard for us to say goodbye. We will definitely come back again. The payment process worked perfectly through the German bank. The security deposit was credited back to our account within one day.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr zentral. Alles ist in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Auffahrt zum Interstage 75 ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

free time activities: Die Freizeitgestaltun bietet nahezu unbeschränkte Möglichkeiten. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Tampa zu Busch Gardens, Orlando Sea World und Discovery Cove, Cape Coral Sun Splash Park sowie zu div. Stränden (Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, Insel Captiva) gemacht.

shopping facilities: Für alle die gerne shoppen gehen ist die mit Sicherheit das richtige Urlaubsziel. Kleiner Tipp: Nicht soviel in den Koffer packen. Viele Einkaufszentren bieten alles was das Herz begehrt. Besonders zu enpfehlen sind die Tanger Outlets, das Miromar Outlet sowei Coconut Point.

Dreamlike living ambiance in Villa Sunset!

We (married couple with two adult children) found a great house with Villa Sunset, tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. The great indoor pool with the wonderful view of the calm lake was pure relaxation for us. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Sunset and will gladly stay in this dreamy villa again on a future visit to Fort Myers. Kitchen and bathrooms leave nothing to be desired. Cleanliness is a top priority. Booking and support worked perfectly. Many thanks!

A wonderful vacation at Villa Sunset!!

We were in Florida for the first time with our two children and took a three-week road trip, spending one week in Fort Myers in the Villa Sunset. We were completely satisfied, everything was as described, and we would book this villa again at any time. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no proper town center nearby, only various shopping options that were easily accessible by car. The distance to Fort Myers Beach was about 30 minutes by car.
The villa is located in a community and is therefore very secure.
The on-site support by the German-speaking property manager was excellent, the introduction was very detailed and helpful. Thanks again!

As always wonderful!!

We were at Villa Sunset for the 4th time in June, and as always, everything was great. The house is fully furnished, has everything you need for daily life, beach chairs and umbrella, a large cooler on wheels. All three bedrooms have large LED TVs with internet access. Gas grill is also available.
The complex where the house is located is very quiet and clean. A gym, tennis court, and a large pool are also in the complex. The next supermarket (WinDixie) is 5 minutes away by car, and Fort Myers Beach is about 25 minutes away by car at night. The very friendly German manager immediately takes care of all problems. We will definitely come back!

Always beautiful..

For the third time, we have spent a wonderful holiday at Villa Sunset. Everything went smoothly from booking to check-out as always. The house is always very, very clean and well-maintained. The grounds are also kept very clean. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the beach (Fort Myers Beach). The supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. There are many malls and outlets in the area, as well as leisure activities such as very beautiful mini-golf courses. You don't get bored. Thank you again to the owners and the landlady. As always, beautiful. We will come back! :-)

Herrliche Urlaubswochen

We spent two wonderful holiday weeks here at the magnificent Botanica Lakes Resort. We were wonderfully looked after from arrival to departure. The villa's furnishings are very tasteful and equipped with attention to detail, nothing is missing. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The entire complex is a paradise with plants, small lakes, and one feels well taken care of. The beach at Fort Myers Beach is only 30 minutes away. The supermarket is a 5-minute drive. Many good restaurants are in close proximity. We were six people, and due to the size of the villa, everyone had their own space. One thing is certain, we can wholeheartedly recommend this villa, and we already know that we will come back.

excellent holiday destination

We (2 couples, one individual) stayed at Villa Sunset from 07.10 to 19.10.2012. We were more than delighted as our expectations were more than met. We have never stayed in a comparable house in Florida before, and furthermore, the details in the advertisement matched the actual situation 100% (! ! ! ). This house is highly recommended without reservation and we will definitely choose it again if we can fly to Florida in 2013! ! The on-site support by the rental agency is excellent!

Holiday made easy with such a villa

We stayed for 3 weeks at Villa Sunset. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the great pool with the spa. We can highly recommend this house and felt very comfortable here. Our initial concerns about the proximity to the highway were dispelled, as we only heard the highway occasionally, depending on the wind, and these sounds were then drowned out by the waterfalls in the pool. When we googled this house back then, there were hardly any houses to be seen, and when we arrived, we were surprised that almost everything was already built and we were not disturbed by construction noise. A big thank you also goes to Ms. Niedermair, who took care of us.

Beautifully furnished villa with a lot of attention to detail in a well-maintained complex. We found the house in perfect condition. Various sports activities are offered and can be used. The villa is centrally located, with several supermarkets, an outlet, and the beach easily accessible by car. The friendly contact with the property management was extremely professional from the beginning, as one could only hope for. Thank you again Ms. Niedermair for the wonderful vacation!
