Light, luxury & comfort Thanks to its large windows, the 70 m² villa feels wonderfully bright and spacious. The inviting living room offers a comfortable sitting area with TV, a large dining table, and a modern open kitchen equipped with a combi oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop with integrated extractor. Both bedrooms feature boxspring beds and have their own ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. One of the bathrooms includes a private Finnish sauna – the ultimate place to unwind after a day by the water. There’s also a separate toilet. Outdoor living by the water Step outside and enjoy the spacious garden with a dining table – perfect for long summer evenings or a sunny morning coffee. Sustainable & complete The villa is fully electric, featuring a heat pump, solar panels, and private parking. Even better: pets are welcome, so your four-legged friend can join the fun.
