All rooms can be accessed separately, the bright and modern bathroom, the separate WC and the balcony facing the garden round off the offer - here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun in peace. There are plenty of public parking spaces around the apartment and both the city center, the Messe Center Graz and all facilities for daily needs are within walking distance.

The apartment is very centrally located, both for guests who are just passing through by car or train, as well as for all those who have succumbed to the city's charm and want to experience the city with its many sights. Within the city, the apartment is connected to streetcar lines 4 and 5 as well as bus line 34, the Ostbahnhof train station connects it to Graz's main train station in just a few minutes and Graz Airport as well as the A2 and A9 highways are only a 15-minute drive away.
