Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich im Schlafzimmer ist „ekelig“. Elektroinstallation tw. abenteuerlich! Fahradabstellraum leider nicht nutzbar! Die Lage mit Meerblick ist allerdings schön.

The apartment is very nicely located and has a great view. But unfortunately, the seagulls are becoming more and more bothersome, and therefore the cleanliness of the balconies is unfortunately not very nice. Some people should be aware that they should not feed the seagulls from the balcony. The cleaning of the balcony unfortunately left much to be desired, but the view from the apartment was a compensation. The bike cellar should also be renovated, as no more brought bikes fit in there. Or one could dispose of ancient bicycles to make room in the cellar again.
