The detached holiday home, built in 1989, is modern and functional in its furnishings. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and courtyard.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via cable. The accommodation is equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
