The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2015 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. There are 2 buildings on the property for a total of 12 people. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3,5 m x 7 m, depth 1,3 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to mid of October.

Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and Gallery in the small building with air conditioning.
