Here you can enjoy a relaxing family holiday for up to 6 guests on 83 m² of living space.
This former summer house of a writer has been extensively modernized and renovated by me in recent years.
It is furnished to a high standard and equipped with underfloor heating.
Guests can also use the surrounding garden. The house offers a large bedroom with a bed (200x160) and a sofa bed (200x160).
In the spacious eat-in kitchen there is another sofa bed (200x160).
There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. The comfortable furnishings allow for relaxing days.
In the spacious living area you will find a TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi. The open kitchen features a kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, as well as ample dishes – ideal for cooking evenings together.
A washing machine, iron, bed linen, and towels are provided.
The large garden invites children to play and offers plenty of space to relax.
There is a private parking space for your car directly at the house. The allergy-friendly non-smoking house with underfloor heating ensures a feel-good atmosphere at any time of year.
Long-term rental is possible – perfect for anyone who wants to thoroughly discover the beauty of the region.

The rental cost per night is €115 (for occupancy with two adults and up to four children) including all additional costs; a one-time fee of €60 is charged for final cleaning.

The property is located on the edge of a small nature reserve in the state capital Schwerin, in the district of Zippendorf. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach.
A beautiful cycling and hiking trail along Lake Schwerin (approx. 5 km) leads to the Schwerin World Heritage Castle and the old town.
The idyllically situated Pinnower See, with its crystal-clear water and surrounding beech forests, is about 4 km away.
The beaches of the Baltic Sea island of Poel can be reached quickly via the A14 motorway. The Schwerin public transport can be reached within a few minutes’ walk.
