The house is furnished in a cozy country style and combines traditional charm with modern comfort. It accommodates 4 people (more on request).

Thurant Castle: Discover the history of the region on an exciting castle tour.
Boat tours: Enjoy a relaxing trip to Cochem or Koblenz and experience the Moselle from the water.

The house is idyllically situated below the vineyards and Thurant Castle, just a few steps from the Moselle, cozy wine taverns, and traditional wine bars. Here, wine enjoyment, nature, and relaxation come together – ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends.

From Alken, you can take many exciting trips along the Moselle and into the surrounding region:
Cochem (approx. 28 km)
Along the Moselle, you reach the charming town of Cochem with its impressive Reichsburg – a real postcard motif and perfect for a day trip.
Eltz Castle (approx. 14 km)
One of the most famous and beautiful castles in Germany. The last meters lead through an idyllic forest path – a short walk that is absolutely worth it!
Koblenz (approx. 25 km)
At the famous Deutsches Eck, where the Moselle flows into the Rhine, you can discover many sights. A ride on the cable car to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress offers spectacular views. You can also shop, stroll, and enjoy yourself wonderfully in Koblenz.
Maria Laach (approx. 34 km)
Lake Laach lies picturesquely in a volcanic crater in the volcanic region of the Eastern Eifel. Very close by, below the town of Mendig, you can visit a cooled lava flow – a fascinating natural experience.
Geierlay suspension bridge (approx. 28 km)
The spectacular Geierlay, with a length of 360 m and a height of 100 m, is considered one of the most beautiful suspension bridges in Germany – an absolute highlight for adventure seekers and photography fans.
