GENERAL
The holiday home is spacious, modern, cozy, comfortably decorated and furnished.
Enclosed front and back garden and a lockable garage gate.
Along the front garden of the house, with an outside staircase to the upper floor, you enter the living room with open kitchen.
From the living room there is access to the balcony and adjoining breakfast terrace.
On this floor there is a toilet with washbasin.
With an indoor staircase in the living room you descend to the ground floor. The swimming pool of 80 m2 is located 25 meters away along the traffic-free part of the street.
The beach chairs, loungers, cushions, parasols that are in the garage can be taken to the swimming pool.
Parking is possible on the garage driveway, on the dead-end street in front of the house, or in a free parking lot 50 meters away. DESCRIPTION IN DETAIL:

Separate toilet with washbasin (hot and cold water). Terrace door from living room to the balcony and breakfast terrace, equipped with tables and chairs. Here you have a panoramic view of the valley, Calpe, the Peñon de Ifach, the sea, and the surrounding mountains.
Indoor staircase from the floor (living room) to the night hallway on the ground floor.
Built-in storage cupboards in the night hallway for towels, chair cushions, cleaning supplies, and vacuum cleaner.
