I live in Belgium, Region Flanders, and my native language is Dutch. DRAFTING OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION:
After the tenant has provided the name, residential address, email address, rental period, number of nights and number of persons, the rental agreement is drawn up by the owner and sent to the tenant by email. This rental agreement contains all necessary information for the further processing of the rental.
After receipt of the deposit, or proof of transfer, the rental is definitively confirmed and that period is blocked on the calendar. KEY HANDOVER:
You will receive the keys on the day of arrival.
I stay in my house in Calpe, La Empedrola T-11 (next to the holiday home), give a tour with the necessary explanation, and hand you the keys.

REGISTRATION:
The Spanish Ministry of the Interior requires owners of tourist accommodations to request and register extensive information from guests (tenants). The main purpose of this is to improve public safety.
