The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2025. The apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can cook to your heart’s content and dine together in the dining room. The spacious living area is the center of the apartment and offers direct access to the generous loggia. The large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

A private parking space (2 if needed) is available for you, so arrival and parking are stress-free.
