! General information:
Remember that you are a guest in someone’s home. Of course, you should enjoy your stay, but please treat the accommodation with care and respect.
You are responsible for all costs resulting from intent or negligence (including that of your guests). If something is missing or broken, I ask that you contact me immediately.

! Laundry package:
For price transparency and sustainability, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Both can be booked as a package for €25 per person (made bed, hand towel, bath towel, guest towel). Provision of a travel cot for small children (up to 3 years) with mattress (without pillow and duvet) costs a one-time fee of €25.

! Pets:
Bringing one (friendly and obedient) dog is possible by arrangement. An additional fee of €25 per night applies for this.
Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture (sofa, armchair, etc.) or in the beds. Any soiling or damage caused by your pet will be claimed and charged.

! Cleaning:
Please note that the cleaning fee does not include basic cleaning (i.e., you are responsible for not causing or allowing excessive soiling by yourself or your guests). The house is therefore to be left in a clean condition. In the case of excessive dirt, a basic cleaning will be required, the cost of which you will bear.

! Non-smokers:
Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the house!

! Internet/WiFi:
WiFi and internet may only be used for legal purposes. All fines incurred through illegal use will be passed on to you.

! Loss of key:
In the event of key loss, for security reasons, the lock cylinder of the house must be replaced at the guest's expense.

We are usually reachable by phone Mon. - Fri. between 6-8 p.m. On site, you will be personally welcomed by a family member. Afterwards, there will be a brief tour/inspection of the accommodation and the cash payment of the spa tax, as well as the handover of the spa cards (if this has not already been done in advance). Otherwise, we keep in the background and ask that you contact us quickly in case of any damages/emergencies. Otherwise, we wholeheartedly wish you and your loved ones an unforgettable stay.
