Charging of electric or hybrid vehicles at the household socket is not permitted!

In the high season, the minimum stay is one week and additionally the arrival and departure day is a Sunday!

Easter, Ascension Day, Whitsun each the seasonal price + € 19,-and the minimum stay is 4 nights!
For bookings of less than 3 nights, we charge a surcharge of € 20,-!

Extra bed € 10,- per person and night (for more than 6 persons)

Cancellation terms:

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental, we charge 30% of the rental price. If cancelled later, the full rental price will be charged. If it is possible to re-rent the property for the booked period, we will charge only 10% of the rental price. For partial re-rentals, the cancellation fees will only be charged for the period that could not be re-rented!

Gladly again!

We spent the New Year with family/friends here and really enjoyed our stay. There were four of us, and we used the three bedrooms, with the one upstairs in the attic being without a door (open stair access). This didn't really bother or affect us.

The contact beforehand went smoothly, and even on holidays, the landlord was immediately reachable for questions. So we were and are completely satisfied.

Very beautiful house. The location is very nice!

Info about condition: The door seals on the shower above need to be replaced, as they are leaking. The drain should also be checked.
It would be sensible to install insect screens on all bedroom windows, at least on the upper floor. Although we did not have a problem with mosquitoes due to the season, looking at the walls, it seems there are many of them in summer.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation

We found the house very nice, the location is perfect and close to the beach. We felt very comfortable. It was also nice that we were allowed to bring our dog by arrangement. We would love to come back.

Great holiday home with lots of space

We have booked the holiday home for the second time because we are completely satisfied with it. Top location - the beach is only 3 minutes away - cozy furnishings, plenty of space, enough dishes and kitchen utensils, modern stove and dishwasher, we found everything we needed.
The caretaker was also very quick to respond when we needed him.
We can highly recommend the holiday home with a clear conscience and gladly give it 5 stars.

We are very satisfied with the entire system. The fact that the lawn sprinkler system started working at 4:45 in the morning caused confusion for 10 minutes as it seemed like there might be a water leak somewhere, but everything was clarified! The recommendation has the disadvantage that it is very difficult to book an appointment. Noise in the hallway.

Autumn vacation

We found a very nice holiday home, even without personal key handover everything worked great. The caretaker was also quickly on hand when there was no hot water in the lower bathroom. The equipment of the house was as it should be, everything was sufficiently available. The rooms are very nicely furnished, especially our granddaughter was thrilled with the attic room. The location of the house is also perfect, you don't even need 5 minutes to the beach. All in all, absolutely great, we would love to come back.

Beautiful autumn holiday

The semi-detached house is very quietly located, close to the beach and equipped with everything a family needs for a nice vacation. All rooms are spacious with two double beds and a pull-out bed. Each room is equipped with a TV. The mattress in our bed didn't quite suit us, we've had better. The house is very clean and the day can end nicely by the fireplace. The local contact persons are friendly, easily reachable, and help promptly if needed. In Karlshagen, you can get everything you need for your holiday, supermarkets, bakeries, and very good gastronomy. The surrounding landscape is perfect for walking and especially for cycling.

A pearl on Usedom Island - Ahlbeck

We, two adults with two children, spent a wonderful week at the Usedomperle at the beginning of June 2017. The holiday home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Everything has been thought of. Whether it's the fireplace in the living room, the sauna in the upper bathroom, or the private beach chair on the sandy beach just 50m away. Everything is available for a lovely vacation. Even four bicycles, two for adults and two for children, are available in the shed. Shovels for the little ones and a wave board for the big ones, everything is there. And if the weather is bad, there are also a few board games in the TV cabinet. A TV set is available in all rooms and free Wi-Fi is available. We liked it very much and we will gladly come back. Best regards, Family John

Traumurlaub

We visited Usedomperle for the second time at the end of August, and it was just as beautiful as the first time.

Regarding the facilities:
The equipment of the house is really top-notch, clean, and well maintained. There is nothing missing. Sauna, fireplace, beach chair at the house and on the beach, bicycles, and more. You don't need to bring anything except clothes and swimwear - everything is available on-site or can be rented for a reasonable price. There is everything you need in the kitchen, you can easily cook for many people. There is also a BBQ. WiFi is now available. The house is perfectly equipped for families. We were four adults and two small children and didn't get in each other's way. Two full bathrooms are simply ideal. The location of the house is fantastic. It's a 3-minute walk to the white sandy beach. The house is surrounded by holiday homes, yet you won't get to know the neighbors. So, you have peace and can really relax. Karlshagen is a small place, but it offers everything for daily needs. A large Edeka, Penny, or Netto – I'm not sure which, as we passed by. We shopped at Edeka, where you can find everything. There are several bike rental places on-site that also rent trailers. A bakery is about 3-4 km away. 5 minutes away from the house.
There is a small outdoor stage about a 10-15 minute walk towards the beach promenade, where programs for children and adults are offered. The stage cannot be heard in the evening.
Mini-golf, a large playground, a butterfly farm, and a children's paradise are not far away.

We have already booked for 2017 because it's simply wonderful and you can really experience a peaceful holiday. Nevertheless, Usedom and Karlshagen offer enough for experiences and adventures.

Wir waren Ende August zum 2. mal in der Usedomperle und es war wie beim ersten Mal einfach traumhaft schön. Zur Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich klasse und sauber und ordentlich geführt. Es fehlt an nichts. Sauna, Kamin, Strandkorb am Haus und am Strand, Fahrräder und und und... Man braucht nichts mitnehmen-außer Klamotten und Badesachen- es ist alles vor Ort oder lässt sich für einen schmalen Taler mieten. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, man kann auch für viele Personen ohne Probleme kochen. Einen Grill gibt es auch. WLAN ist jetzt auch verfügbar. Für Familien ist das Haus perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren vier erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder und sind uns nicht auf die Füße getreten. Zwei vollwertige Badezimmer sind einfach ideal. Die Lage des Haus ist traumhaft. Man läuft 3 Minuten zum weißen Sandstrand. Das Haus ist umgeben von Ferienhäusern und trotzdem bekommt man von den Nachbarn nichts mit. Man hat also seine Ruhe und kann richtig schön abschalten. Karlshagen ist ein kleiner Ort der aber alles für den täglichen Bedarf bietet. Einen großen Edeka ein Penny oder Netto- weiß ich leider nicht mehr genau, da sind wir vorbeigefahren. Wir waren bei Edeka einkaufen und dort gibt es alles. Es gibt mehrere Fahrradverleihe vor Ort die auch Anhänger vermieten. Ein Bäcker ist ca. 5min vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt Richtung Strandpromenade ca. 10-15 Fußweg eine kleine Freiluftbühne auf der Programm für Kinder und Erwachsene angeboten wird. Die Bühne hört man aber nicht am Abend. Minigolf, großer Spielplatz, Schmetterlingsfarm und Kinderparadies sind nicht weit entfernt. Also wir haben für 2017 schon gebucht, weil es einfach herrlich ist und man wirklich einen ruhigen Urlaub erleben kann. Trotzdem bietet Usedom und Karlshagen genug für Erlebnisse und Abendteuer.
