Beautiful holiday apartment with south-facing balcony – perfect vacation for two in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on Rügen!
Enjoy relaxing vacation days in a bright, friendly 1-room apartment in the “Haus Baltic.” The apartment is quietly located on a side street, only about 100 m from the popular Wilhelmstraße, and is ideal for two adults. With approximately 33 m², it offers a pleasant holiday home with plenty of comfort. The bright living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (160 × 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need for self-catering: refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a dining area. On the south-facing balcony, you can spend the most beautiful vacation hours in the morning with a coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. Additionally, the apartment features an entrance area with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a practical storage room. An elevator is also available in the building.
Occupancy: maximum 2 adults (a baby in the parents' bed is possible).
Parking: A parking space in the underground garage in the neighboring building can be booked if needed. Built in 1996 in the typical spa architecture style, Haus Baltic impresses with its location: the fine sandy beach with the widely known pier is only about 400 m away. You can easily reach the larger South Beach with the spa train (approx. 1 km). The adventure pool (approx. 800 m) as well as the nearby forests of the Granitz also offer many leisure opportunities and invite you to take walks and excursions. Tip for groups or families:
If you are traveling with friends or several family members, the neighboring holiday apartments “Ankerplatz 8” and “Ankerplatz 9” on the same floor can be booked additionally. This way you can enjoy vacation days together – with retreats for everyone.

The Baltic House is located in the historic center of Sellin. From here it is only about 100 m to the lively Wilhelmstraße with numerous restaurants, boutiques, and cafés. Many bakeries with dining areas for breakfast are nearby. The main beach with the famous pier is about 400 m away; the expansive South Beach can be easily reached by the spa train (approx. 1000 m). A large indoor swimming pool is about 800 m away. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth: Right outside the front door begins the Granitz forest area, which invites you to take long walks and bike rides.

One well-behaved dog up to knee height is permitted (plus €5 per night as well as a €25 cleaning surcharge). An underground parking space in the building opposite can be booked for €6 per night. |

Always worth a visit are the Granitz Hunting Lodge near Binz, the flint fields near Mukran, the museums in Göhren, the Zicker Hills for extensive hikes, the chalk cliffs, or Cape Arkona in the north of the island.
