Our family- and allergy-friendly holiday home "Seegelblick" near Leipzig was built in 2023 and certified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association in September 2025. It offers space for up to 8 adults plus a small child and combines comfort, nature & active holidays.
Relax in the large sauna or the XXL outdoor whirlpool, enjoy evenings by the fireplace or discover the lake with our in-house SUPs. Only one gate separates you from the beach, which is 60 meters away, or the lakeside path in front of the property, which you can explore by bike, inline skates, e-scooters, or on foot.
With Wi-Fi, smart TVs with Netflix, Disney+, RTL+, gas-charcoal grill, sun loungers, solar shower, well-maintained and fully fenced garden, as well as a large bedding and towel package, everything is prepared for your perfect vacation.
You will be personally looked after from start to finish and can check in from 4 pm. A solution will be found for very late arrivals. For check-out, you have until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. You can park up to three cars free of charge on the property. Additional guest parking spaces are located on the holiday home grounds (marked with G). There is a carport at the house as well as a lockable shed where you can store and charge your e-bikes, as well as a wallbox for your electric car, which you can use free of charge. GROUND FLOOR
Through the bright hallway with wardrobe and shoe cabinet, you reach the large living room via a glass door. There you will find a pull-out sofa bed, a large dining area for 8 people, as well as the open dream kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher. Enjoy cozy evenings by the modern fireplace with corner glazing or the large smart TV with Dolby surround system and popular streaming services (Netflix, Disney, etc.). Through the 4-meter-wide glass front, you access the over 40 m², partly covered terrace, which features a dining area for 8 people, a covered XXL outdoor whirlpool, and a gas-charcoal grill. Depending on the season, a solar shower as well as sun loungers and umbrellas are also available here. In addition to the utility room with washing machine and drying facilities, there is also a small storage room containing everything needed for the sofa bed as well as a high chair and the baby cot. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower and an activatable Alexa.

On the upper floor there are three separate bedrooms, two of them with lake view and access to a large balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and large DUO bathtub, as well as the sauna for up to 6 people, accessible from there via a glass sliding door. In the bathroom you can activate Alexa or play music via the smart mirror. The bedrooms are all equipped with high-quality mattresses in two firmness levels, smart TVs, ceiling fans, wardrobes, mirrors, USB charging sockets at the bedside tables, insect screens, and, with one exception, a dressing table or desk.
From the two main bedrooms, you have access to the balcony of over 12 m², which features two sun loungers, a sunshade, and side privacy screens. But even from the beds you have a fantastic view of the lake, which will enchant you.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in the Central German Lake District, directly on the Großer Goitzsche Lake (short "Goitzsche"), which was voted the third most beautiful lake in Germany in 2024.
The house is situated in the exclusive, gated holiday home complex "Schlossterrassen" in Muldestausee, district Pouch. For the gate, you will receive a remote control for your stay. The location can be reached by car from the A9 exit Bitterfeld/Halle and then via the B100 towards Bad Düben in about 24 minutes. For arrival by public transport, take the S2 from Leipzig main station or the S8 from Halle (Saale) main station to Bitterfeld, and from there take a taxi (8 km) or bus 420 to Pouch. The bus stop is only about 300 m from the holiday home.
Less than 100 meters away there is a beautiful sandy beach, the lake circular path, and a slipway for small boats. Just 200 meters away you will find an Edeka with a bakery. There are several dining establishments and a hotel in the village. In just 1.6 km, you can reach an outdoor gym and a skate park via the lakeside trail. In the neighboring village of Mühlbeck, which can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes via the lakeside trail, the beach bar "Al Faro Beach" and the Italian restaurant "Trattoria Al Faro" await you.
Around the Goitzsche, there are several attractions that have emerged as part of the recultivation of the former open-cast mine. For example, these include the 28-meter-high "Bitterfeld Arch" enthroned on a hill, a barrier-free steel construction with a view of Bitterfeld and the Goitzsche. There is also the 26-meter-high, walkable "Pegelturm" floating on the water. Another attraction are the over two-meter-high "Goitzsche Guardians," ten steel sculptures arranged in a circle, created as an art object in 2002 and intended to "guard" the Goitzsche nature. Along the circular bike path, which is mostly paved, you can, especially in the area of the Bitterfeld city district, stop at numerous restaurants, cafés, and sailing yacht harbors, or take a trip on the steamboat "Vineta" as well as the nostalgia ship "Reudnitz." Furthermore, the Goitzsche offers many water sports activities, such as a 6-mast water ski facility, an aqua park for children, as well as a boat rental with pedal boats, SUPs, party boats, or kayaks. Bikes and e-bikes can also be rented near the Pegelturm.
Due to the proximity to the city of Bitterfeld-Wolfen, which is only about 6 km away, in addition to the many shopping opportunities, you have everything you need for a great vacation on site, from the ice cream parlor to the museum and leisure pool, all the way to a hospital, just in case. In the surrounding area, interesting places await your exploration, above all the trade fair city of Leipzig, the Halloren city of Halle with the Beatles Museum, the Bauhaus city of Dessau, the Luther city of Wittenberg, or the spa town of Bad Düben. The Garden Kingdom of Wörlitz, the Altjessnitz Maze, "Ferropolis – the city of iron," or the Dübener Heide are also worth an excursion.
