Comfortable, high-quality vacation home in Danish style in the North Sea Beach Park Friedrichskoog. The house features modern Scandinavian-style furniture and wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom with a washing machine. You can relax wonderfully in the sauna or on the comfortably large couch. Enjoy a good movie on the TV with satellite reception, while basking in the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove. During the day, you can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace, and when the sun slowly sets in the evening, the comfortable garden furniture and barbecue invite you to end the day with a glass of wine and a good meal. The garden is perfect for playing, sunbathing, or simply being outdoors. The house is non-smoking, modernly furnished, and equipped with central heating – so you can feel completely comfortable in any season. The location is simply ideal: just a few meters away from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, large pirate playground, and indoor play park in the whale building. Whether it's bike tours through the coastal landscape, a trip to the water park, or a relaxing day at the beach – there is something for everyone to discover here. We hope you feel just as at home in our vacation home as we do – and that your vacation is a very special time.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
