Discover our holiday home "Sonne, Watt & Meer" in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, a quiet holiday resort for an unforgettable holiday. With a living space of 90 square metres, it can accommodate up to 5 guests and two small children up to 3 years old. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly tailored to your needs.
Our holiday home is surrounded by a breathtaking natural landscape, highlighted by the sky, the clouds and the green of the meadows. Enjoy the view from the dyke over the wide grasslands and the quiet streets that invite you to go for a walk.
Inside the house you will find a cosy and comfortable interior. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. In the living room, you can cosy up in front of the TV or enjoy a delicious meal in the adjoining dining area. There is a cot, a high chair and some toys for the little ones. A medium-sized dog will also find a cosy spot and balls to let off steam. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are also available.
The holiday home has a garden where you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terrace. A small barbecue is available for cosy barbecue evenings. You can conveniently park your car in the available car park.
The holiday home "Sonne, Watt & Meer" is a non-smoking house. Long-term rentals are possible and WLAN access is available so that you can stay in touch with the world during your stay.

Location and surroundings of object
The quiet coastal town of Friedrichskoog consists of the districts "Ort" and "Spitze" and is located in the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park in the southern part of the district of Dithmarschen.
In Friedrichskoog-Ort (distance approx. 4 km) you will find the seal station, the spa centre, approx. 2 km away, the "Vergissmeinnicht" mill as well as restaurants and shops for everyday needs.
The "Sonne, Watt & Meer" holiday home is located in the North Sea spa resort of Friedrichskoog-Spitze. On the way from the holiday home "Sonne, Watt & Meer" to the adventure beach you will find the go-kart and bicycle hire, the new mini-golf course and the large children's playground, where there is plenty for our little guests to discover. Restaurants, the "Eisbutze" ice cream parlour and small shops invite you to browse. Various cultural events take place regularly during the high season.
Tips for leisure activities
Go for long walks in the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea", hike along the Trischendamm and enjoy the marvellous nature with its salt marshes, rape and cabbage fields. Experience the diverse flora and fauna at low and high tide; watch seagulls and terns in flight or watch the sheep feeding.
There are various hiking tours, such as the circular hiking trail or along the driftwood removal path or Trischendamm dam
There is also a wide range of cycle tours to choose from, e.g. the dyke tour - approx. 20 km, the discovery tour - approx. 15 km or the sea(h)und route - approx. 54 km.
Horse riding is possible on several farms and there are courses for beginners and advanced Nordic walking fans. Swimming is always possible: in the North Sea at high tide and in the seawater thermal pool at the Friedrichskoog Health and Therapy Centre. In the park on the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze there are other alternatives for leisure activities, such as a boules court, beach volleyball court, cable car and fitness and play equipment. Yoga is offered on the dyke in summer.
Be an artist. Perhaps capture your impressions in photos, videos or self-painted pictures. Collages made from found objects such as shells, stones or other natural materials are suitable as personal souvenirs that will immediately remind you of your holiday. Not only you, but also your children are sure to have a lot of fun being artistic.

| Rental conditions: Rental object: A non-smoking holiday home is rented to max. 5 persons and max. 1 medium-sized dog. A cot and a travel cot are available for 2 small children up to approx. 2 to 3 years. The number of persons must be stated when booking and the flat may only be occupied by the stated number. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price. Please note: We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Payment modalities: We charge a deposit of 200,-- Euro per booking. This will be transferred to you within one week after the inspection/final cleaning, provided that no damage has been left and the flat has been left as agreed. After receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice, 25%, but at least 250 euros, is due immediately. The remaining amount is to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the remaining amount is not transferred on time, we can withdraw from the rental contract. The deposit will then not be refunded. Arrival/departure: On the day of arrival you can move into our holiday home from 3.00 pm. Please leave it at 10.00 am on the day of departure. On the day of departure, the flat must be left "swept clean", the rubbish emptied and the fridge cleaned. The dishwasher must be emptied. Otherwise we cannot refund the deposit in full. Please treat the inventory with care, as you are liable for any damage. This also applies to damage that caused by your dog. Please notify us immediately of any defects in the flat so that we can take care of them. Charging hybrid or electric cars is not permitted in our holiday home (fire hazard). There are charging points for your vehicles in the large car parks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze and at the old harbour. Cancellation: The rental agreement can be terminated/cancelled by you in writing at any time. We will endeavour to rent the holiday home to someone else. However, there is no obligation to do so. If the tenant terminates/cancellates the contract prematurely without naming a new tenant who will fulfil the contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation. Cancellation before the start of the rental period up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price up to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 75 % of the rental price later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price If no written cancellation is received, the entire rental price is due for payment. In the event of early departure, the rental price will not be refunded. If the use of the flat is impaired or impossible due to force majeure, both parties may withdraw from the contract. You will be refunded the rent for the unused period. Further claims are excluded. In any case, please contact us personally; we may be able to find another option. Storage of personal data: The data you send us will only be stored by us for the purpose of contacting you and handling contractual matters and will not be passed on. Only your name, address and date of birth and the indication of a degree of an existing impairment will be forwarded to Tourismus Service Friedrichskoog (registration form data) for the correct calculation of the spa tax. |

Very nice landlords and great holiday home.
The holiday home in Friedrichskoog-Spitze offers first-class accommodation for relaxing days on the North Sea coast. The central location is particularly noteworthy: shops, the dyke, and other important points of interest are easily reachable within a few minutes' walk. The amenities of the house leave nothing to be desired and are designed with great attention to detail, making the stay especially pleasant. The cleanliness of the house deserves special praise and gives guests a feeling of well-being from the very first moment. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and offers an ideal retreat. Another advantage is the private parking space right at the door, which makes arriving and departing considerably easier.
For trips to the surrounding area, the seal station is conveniently reachable by bike and is a great destination for families and nature lovers. This holiday home impresses in every respect and is a clear recommendation for anyone seeking a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Friedrichskoog-Spitze.

Dear holiday guests, since summer 2022, my husband Andreas and I have owned our holiday home "Sonne, Watt & Meer" in Friedrichskoog, with which we have fulfilled our dream of owning our own house by the sea. Comfortably furnished, it is waiting for you so that you and your children and possibly your dog can spend a nice, relaxing holiday here with us in healthy air. Originally we come from Lower Saxony from the Steinhuder Meer and moved our centre of life to the North Sea for health reasons. We ourselves enjoy the healthy air here in Dithmarschen and enjoy the marvellous landscape. Our fox terrier dog Amy is always with us.
