1. Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. An earlier check-in or later check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay the cleaning process are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations/bookings with us within their own place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.
3. Smoking, hosting parties, and excessive noise are not permitted. Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Any commercial photo or video recordings without explicit written permission, as well as all illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
5. The number of overnight guests may not exceed the number of persons specified in the booking. For unauthorized guests, a fee of €30 per person per night will be charged.
6. Animals are not allowed. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Guests with assistance dogs are asked to contact us before their stay.
7. Guests are liable for the replacement of lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. The associated costs will be charged.
8. Systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in our accommodations to monitor excessive volumes. Video surveillance may be used in public areas.
9. Guests bear full responsibility and liability for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
10. A registration form must be filled out before check-in.
