Welcome to our exquisite family holiday villa nestled in the charming village of Valbandon, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. This idyllic retreat promises an unforgettable vacation with its array of amenities and stunning surroundings. The spacious 531m2 villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 12 people. The bright, modern interior of the villa consists of 4 floors and has 6 bedrooms. The total parcel area is 1550m2. In this spacious yard you will find a private 43m2 pool with 10 deck chairs, next to the pool there is a covered dining area with a barbecue where you can prepare fine fresh fish, meat or various vegetables.
The yard is adorned with olive trees that provide a little shade for the children’s playground, and while the children are playing on the playground, some can frolic in the pool, and tennis fans can enjoy table tennis outside. The pool has the possibility of heating.
Villa is situated in village Valbandon only 3 km from the center of Fažana and only 1,5 km from the beach.
Groups and groups of young people, parties and any events are not allowed !!
Villa Berg consists of 4 levels. In the basement, there is a game room with table tennis, table football and a pool table. The ground floor consists of a living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is another small living room, kitchen and dining table, 3 pretty bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms as well as a separate toilet. In the attic, there are 2 further comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining area with a small kitchen. Each level has its own balcony, where you can enjoy some time to yourself.
