The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well equipped holiday apartment is located in a building separate from the main house, which you will have entirely to yourself. The terrace in front of the apartment with a table and four chairs/cushions is at your disposal. Here you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or make use of the last rays of sunshine of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with:

The living/bedroom is equipped with:
- Bed (140 x 200 cm) with the test-winning Emma One mattress. It is very comfortable and generally large enough for a couple. If you need more space when sleeping or for two people who do not want to sleep together in a small bed, this bed may be less suitable!

The southern outskirts of Nuremberg have the advantage of being very quiet while still having excellent connections to the city. With public transport (bus/subway (38 minutes), bus/S-Bahn (20 minutes), or on foot to the S-Bahn station Reichelsdorfer Keller (approx. 26 minutes) and then the S-Bahn to the main train station in 12 minutes), you can get to the city quickly and easily. By car it also takes about 20 minutes – but then you have to look for a parking space. In the immediate vicinity you can take beautiful walks. The Main-Danube Canal (approx. 400 meters away) is ideal for leisurely walks, bike rides, or swimming. Hundreds of people meet regularly in the summer at the rowing club (approx. 450 meters as the crow flies) for swimming and barbecuing. The Eibacher Forest (also approx. 400 meters away) is a large wooded area and is ideal for walks at any time of year. The Rednitz (approx. 600 meters away) winds through one of the largest nature reserves. Here you can also take beautiful walks. In addition, the Franconian Lake District with the Rothsee, the Brombachsee, and the Altmühlsee is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, for swimming, or for beautiful walks. Within walking distance are grocery stores (REWE, NORMA, Ebl), bakeries (Schmidt, Kalchreuther), a butcher (Freyberger), restaurants (Greek, Italian, Franconian), a medical center, banks (Sparkasse, Raiffeisenbank), and hairdressers. In about 2-3 kilometers distance there are also Aldi, Lidl, and Rossmann as well as an Asian restaurant and a very good Franconian inn (Schmidt).

We are an easygoing, sporty couple in our mid-50s. We love the mountains, rock climbing, via ferrata, and (mountain) hiking. We also enjoy long bike tours with our e-bikes. But we also really like city trips. In general, we enjoy getting to know new and interesting places and people. ☺️
