Spacious and bright living/dining area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet as well as a small outdoor seating area belong to the flat. Parking spaces are available on the property.
The flat offers enough space for 4 guests and consists of a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet, a bedroom/children's room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. If required, 2 more people can sleep on the pull-out couch.
The flat has been lovingly renovated, newly furnished and also has an outdoor seating area. It is located on a working farm on the 1st floor and can only be reached via stairs.

Leuzdorf belongs to the municipality of Rohr, is located in the beautiful Schwabach valley and is the ideal starting point for leisure activities. Among others, the Franconian lake landscape (Brombachsee, Altmühlsee and ), the PalmBeach spa and leisure pool or even the Fürthermare, the Playmobil FunPark and Nuremberg, the second largest city in Bavaria with its many sights are within a radius of 15 to 35 km.
In the farm shops in the area (Genussort Gustenfelden) you can buy local products from our own cultivation, species-appropriate animal husbandry, selected quality, refined and deliciously refined. Whether fruit, vegetables, juices, fruit brandies, pasta, eggs, cheese, meat, sausage, bread, etc., everything is available fresh from the direct marketer.
Furthermore, you will find several country inns with good regional cuisine in the area, and restaurants with Italian and Greek cuisine can also be reached within a few kilometres. In addition, the town of Schwabach offers a large selection of different restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs.
Directions
On the A6 motorway Nuremberg towards Heilbronn, take the Schwabach West exit towards the city centre. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left towards Unterreichenbach. Follow the main road and leave Schwabach. After Gustenfelden, Kottensdorf (approx. 7 km from Schwabach) you will reach Leuzdorf. Here, after the place-name sign, turn left into Birkäckerstraße 1.
Leuzdorf is located in the valley of the Schwabach, approx. 7 km west of the town of the same name. You can also reach Nuremberg, Fürth, Stein, Heilsbronn, Ansbach and the Franconian Lake District in a short time by car.
