Spacious and bright living/dining area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet as well as a small outdoor seating area belong to the flat. Parking spaces are available on the property.
The flat offers enough space for 4 guests and consists of a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet, a bedroom/children's room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. If required, 2 more people can sleep on the pull-out couch.
The flat has been lovingly renovated, newly furnished and also has an outdoor seating area. It is located on a working farm on the 1st floor and can only be reached via stairs.

Leuzdorf belongs to the municipality of Rohr, is located in the beautiful Schwabach valley and is the ideal starting point for leisure activities. In the farm shops in the area (Genussort Gustenfelden) you can buy local products from our own cultivation, species-appropriate animal husbandry, selected quality, refined and deliciously refined. Whether fruit, vegetables, juices, fruit brandies, pasta, eggs, cheese, meat, sausage, bread, etc., everything is available fresh from the direct marketer.

Directions
On the A6 motorway Nuremberg towards Heilbronn, take the Schwabach West exit towards the city centre. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left towards Unterreichenbach. Follow the main road and leave Schwabach. After Gustenfelden, Kottensdorf (approx. 7 km from Schwabach) you will reach Leuzdorf. Here, after the place-name sign, turn left into Birkäckerstraße 1.
Leuzdorf is located in the valley of the Schwabach, approx. 7 km west of the town of the same name. You can also reach Nuremberg, Fürth, Stein, Heilsbronn, Ansbach and the Franconian Lake District in a short time by car.

Beautiful!
We felt VERY comfortable from the first moment until our departure!
Shopping in the courtyard, leeks, garlic, and ice cream, and further in Gustenfelden, regional & brilliant, a delight!

Great vacation
The stay with the Hechtel family was simply great. The holiday apartment is very nicely furnished and clean, which was very important to us since we had a crawling baby with us.
Nothing was missing. The play opportunities for our older child were there, and he could also let loose with his bike in the yard.

Great apartment for families
We stayed on the farm for a long weekend. I can recommend it without reservation. The holiday apartment is great. Absolutely clean. Top equipment. Especially recommended for families. My girls were totally excited about the books and toys in the apartment, as well as the small playground and equipment in the garden. The contact was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. We are totally happy.
